These classes are for everyone regardless of skill or fitness level. Workouts can be scaled by intensity, weight, and even mechanics. With strength training, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics – become faster, stronger, and fitter every time you walk through the door.
Bootcamp classes are designed to take you through a 60-minute sweat session. They focus on full-body movement, cardio conditioning, and strength. Our Bootcamps will leave you feeling like you gave it all and are ready for more.
I was born and raised in Georgia and went to McEachern High School, then graduated from Georgia Southern University. Go EAGLES!! In high school, I played football, soccer, and wrestled – so athletics is my passion. I’ve been coaching CF @ WPF for over 10 years now. And I can say without question that this place has changed my life! Proud to be the owner of such an amazing and inspiring place, with the best community and atmosphere you’re gonna find anywhere!
Hey, my name is Nick and I grew up here in Marietta, graduated Hillgrove, and am studying Criminal Justice at Kennesaw State University. In high school I played football, baseball, and ran track – and threw shot put. Fitness is my passion – and I love training. In February of 2021 I started my own path in CrossFit in and got my Level 1 trainer certification in March of 2022. As a former gymnastics coach – teaching toes-to-bar and bar muscle-ups in the gym is my favorite. I look forward to helping clients thrive at WPF!
I am Rosemarie, and I’m a mom of 3 kids and 2 dogs and 1 husband(lol). I have been a personal/group trainer for the last 15 years and a CrossFit trainer for 5+. I’m most passionate about training kids and older youth which I have been doing for the last 5 years. I have always been an active person going back to my youth. I consider myself an athlete still today because of the training I have endured over the last 15-20years. I have been in CrossFit for 9 years and have learned so much. I love being a part of the Warrior Pride team!
My fitness journey began in 2005 when I started participating in competitive school sports. I continued to lift weights & compete in every sport possible throughout high school and secured a scholarship to Kennesaw State University on the Track & Field team. After earning my degree in Biochemistry, I continued to exercise at the local YMCA until I joined WPF in early 2020. I got my CrossFit L1-Trainer certification in 2020 & have been growing here ever since!

Warrior Pride Fitness is a Wodify gym. Members are encouraged to download and install the Wodify app to book upcoming classes, read the workout of the day and track their performance over time.
WPF is open 7 days a week giving members plenty of opportunity to fit fitness into their busy schedule.
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness program that incorporates elements from several sports and types of exercise. It’s known for its varied, challenging workouts that are scalable to suit any fitness level.
Not at all! CrossFit is adaptable to all fitness levels. Whether you’re a beginner or have been exercising for years, workouts can be scaled to challenge you at your current fitness level.
Classes typically last an hour and include a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity “Workout of the Day” (WOD), and a cool-down period.
CrossFit workouts include a variety of exercises, such as weightlifting, running, rowing, gymnastics, and bodyweight movements like push-ups and pull-ups.
Absolutely! Our certified CrossFit coaches provide instruction and feedback to ensure you perform each exercise safely and effectively.
For beginners, it’s recommended to start with 2-3 classes per week to allow your body to adapt. As you get more comfortable, you can increase the frequency.
Comfortable workout clothing, athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. You might also want to bring your own jump rope or workout gloves, but that’s optional.
Like any physical activity, there’s a risk of injury, but we prioritize safety and proper form to minimize this risk. Our coaches are always here to guide you.
CrossFit is for all ages! We have programs and workouts that are suitable for teenagers, adults, and even seniors.
Don’t worry. Many of our members choose to scale the workouts to fit their abilities. Your coach will help you scale or substitute movements so you get the best workout while staying safe.
