WPF’s Kids Summer Conditioning Program is back!

This year we will have 2 age groups (8-11 and 12-15). All the details are below!

Ages 8-11

This will be a conditioning class with an intro to light weight training. We will keep this class challenging but fun! The goal will be to get (or keep) the kids in great shape while also hopefully developing a lifelong love of fitness!

The class focus will be on:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Stamina
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Flexibility
  • Motor control
  • Balance
  • Coordination
  • Light strength work

All the class details are below:

  • Starting date: June 6th
  • Ending date: July 28th
  • Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Time: 2:45pm-3:30pm
  • Options: 4 weeks or 8 weeks
  • Number of available spots in the class: 12
  • Price: 4 weeks = $90 and 8 weeks = $170

Ages 12-15

This will be a strength and conditioning class geared to get and keep the kids in shape and also get them prepared for the upcoming sports seasons. This will be a challenging class that makes sure they are well rounded and ready to go when falls comes.

The class focus will be on:

  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Strength
  • Stamina
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Coordination

All the class details are below:

  • Starting date: June 6th
  • Ending date: July 28th
  • Days: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
  • Time: 3:30pm-4:15pm
  • Options: 4 weeks or 8 weeks
  • Number of available spots in the class: 12
  • Price: 4 weeks = $160 and 8 weeks = $300
