This is where it all begins. When you first begin training at Warrior Pride Fitness you begin with this two week course (6 classes) where you will learn all of the major exercises we will be asking you to perform. You will learn the proper form on all of these exercises to keep you safe and to help ensure you are getting results. In Warrior-in-Training you will also go through light workouts that increase slightly in intensity over the two weeks. This will help build your fitness level at a safe pace. This class is not only designed to build your fitness and knowledge but your confidence as well.
