CrossFit is a functional fitness program designed to simply make you better prepared for life.  Functional fitness means the movements we perform are designed to mimic real life movements.  We perform these movements at a relatively high intensity (relative meaning depending on your current fitness level) to elicit a better overall result.  We combine weight lifting, cardio, and body weight movements into these workouts. The workouts are constantly varied meaning they change every day.  This keeps you from getting bored and keeps you engaged.  CrossFit is designed to make you look better, perform better, and feel better.
