Class / Muscle gain, Strength

This class is just as is sounds.  This is a class for weight lifting.  We work on technique and we work to get you stronger.  Don’t confuse this class for a meat head class, however.  We have just as many women in these classes as men.  That’s because they know that increasing lean muscle is THE best way to burn body fat.  How do you build lean muscle?  Lift weights!  So, if you want to get leaner, stronger, more toned, and improve your weight lifting technique…this class needs to be a part of your repertoire.
