Front Squat x2 + Pushpress x2

Build every minute

Fit: Metcon (Weight)

8 minutes EMOTM (3 reps every minute)

Back Squat

24 total reps

Sets 1-3 60-65%

Sets 4-6 70-75%

Sets 7-8 80-85%

Per: Metcon (Weight)

6 minutes EMOTM

3 position Snatch (high hang, mid thigh, below knee)

Pause for 2 seconds at each position.

Build each minute

Per: Metcon (Weight)

8 minutes EMOTM (3 reps every minute)

Squat Snatch

24 total reps

Sets 1-3 60-65%

Sets 4-6 70-75%

Sets 7-8 80-85%
