Then 5 TnG Deadlifts 155/105

Rest 1 minute x 4 rounds

RxW – 185/135

Rest 2 minutes after AB

1 minute Row for Calories immediately followed by 5 Deadlifts at 75%

Rest 1 minute x 4 rounds
