Jason has been active in fitness for 15 years. He is a graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified personal fitness trainer, and an ISSA Certified Nutrition Specialist. He specializes in helping people reach their fitness goals through proper nutrition, functional training techniques, and cardiovascular exercise. Jason prides himself on educating his clients so that they are able to live a healthy fitness lifestyle forever.
Jason participated in numerous sports in high school and college. He was a competitive basketball, football, hockey, and volleyball player. Jason continues to be active in competitive sports today.
In 2003 Jason opened his own private one-on-one personal training studio in Alpharetta. After growing that studio to be one of the largest and most successful personal training studio in Metro Atlanta, Jason sold it in January of 2008.
In October 2008 Jason started “BodyBack! Boot Camps in West Cobb and grew it from 7 clients to 96 clients in just 5 months. In 2011 Body Back! Boot Camps transitioned into Warrior Pride Fitness CrossFit.
During his career, Jason has worked with a wide variety of clients, ranging from sedentary adults and children to competitive and professional athletes. Jason’s clients have reached fitness goals that at one time seemed unattainable. Jason has been featured in numerous local publications including Our Town, North Point Magazine, Johns Creek Herald, Alpharetta’s News and Revue, and more.
Kyle Bissinger – Affiliate Manager

and Atlanta native, Kyle attended North Cobb High School in Kennesaw, GA where he was a standout quarterback. A two-year starter and three-year letterman Kyle led the team to two state playoff appearances, was named All-County, All-State and the MVP of his team. In addition, Kyle participated in baseball and track at North Cobb.
In 2002, Kyle signed a full football scholarship with the University of Alabama/Birmingham. Kyle played three positions at UAB including: quarterback, linebacker and defensive end. While there he helped lead the team to its first ever bowl appearance, the 2004 Hawaii Bowl.
At UAB Kyle was the team captain and was named a National Strength and Conditioning All-American. Kyle signed with the New England Patriots in 2007 and was a member of the 18-0 Superbowl 42 team. He played two years with the Patriots as an outside linebacker and special teams player.
Kyle finished playing football after two years with the Patriots and became the head trainer for the High Intensity Training Center where he trained some of the best athletes in the country.
Combining his experience on the playing field with the expertise he gained during his more than 15 years of first-hand strength and conditioning activities, Kyle’s knowledge of dynamic stretching, speed and agility, functional weight lifting, plyometrics and other physical tasks has made him a sought after professional trainer. His passion for teaching others has helped athletes and others accomplish their fitness goals leading them to excel in their chosen sport or activity.

Josh joined the WPF CrossFit team in 2012. He has enjoyed athletics and fitness his entire life. After his first workout at WPF he was hooked. Shortly after, Josh decided to become a Level 1 certified coach. Since then he has also attained the Crossfit Gymnastics and Catalyst Olympic Lifting Certifications. Josh finds great joy in sharing his passion for fitness with others. He thoroughly enjoys helping people achieve their fitness related goals and helping them bring out their inner warrior.
Randy Pritz – Trainer

Randy grew up right down the street in Powder Springs and attended McEachern High School. He lettered in 3 sports Football, Wrestling, and Soccer. He has always been a competitive person so when he came across CrossFit in 2012 he knew this was something for him. Randy decided to get his Level 1 certification a year later and has been coaching every since. He really enjoys the community at WPF and loves seeing clients meet their health and fitness goals. As Randy puts it “I couldn’t ask for a better gym to continue my love for CrossFit and becoming the best possible coach I can be.”
